Student Employment: Columbus House Facilities Department Assistant - AY 26/27

• Track client requests for repairs and maintenance requests utilizing “Door Loop”
• Assist Facilities and Operations teams to schedule repairs and improvements to shelter locations, housing units, vehicles and equipment
• Assist with client relations by responding to emails and phone calls
• Work with Facilities department with supply management including ordering supplies, stocking, tracking and assisting with maintenance preparations
• Other duties as assigned

• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Interested in systems and/or property management

• Student will be expected to work up to 6 hours per week between the hours of 9am – 3pm Monday through Friday.
