Data Entry and Records Management: Entering and managing data, including filing and scanning documents, may be part of the role.
Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion is usually required.
Key skills and abilities:
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with others effectively.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in common software applications like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is often expected.
Organization and Attention to Detail: Being organized and meticulous are important for tasks like filing, managing inventory, and handling schedules.
Dependability and Punctuality: Reliability and arriving on time for shifts are expected in all FWS positions.
