Length: Fall & Spring
Hours: 10-Hours a week
Location: Savannah Campus
Position Summary: The student ambassador will serve to educate prospective students throughout the recruitment process. The ambassador will be a positive representative of the college and convey optimism in attitude, conversations, and contacts always. The ambassador must have a knowledge level of all campus programs and support services.
Essential Functions: Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to
· Work a minimum of 2-hour blocks
· Attend training
· Have a general knowledge of Savannah programs and support services
· Relate to a wider variety of people and can build relationships quickly
· Ability to communicate effectively with others
· Can troubleshoot and be agile
· Answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages
· Record, photocopy, and scan documents
· Run errands, distribute items campus wide, and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications/Skills: Exhibit interpersonal skills; oral and written communication skills; strong customer service; technology/Microsoft products.
