Summary
The Student Aide serves as the primary point of contact for the Center for Student Veterans and Military Connected Students, providing customer service in-person and via various communication channels. They also assist with special projects and the implementation of student events.
Job Description
Student Aides must be able to provide exceptional customer service in-person, via telephone, and through written/virtual communication. Additional duties include helping the office with special projects, working student events, having a strong understanding of the opportunities for students to engage with The Center for Student Veterans and Military Connected Students and Student Engagement.
Special Notes: Due to the nature of event set-up, implementation, and tear down, students must be able to lift 15 lbs. Employment is contingent upon a Criminal Background Check for some positions. Employment sponsorship is not available.
Qualifications: In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student eligible to receive VA Work Study benefits in the Fall 2026 semester.

1. Enrolled at least ¾ time in a college degree, vocational school, or professional program.
