STRATEGY AND TRANSFORMATION MANAGER MORTGAGE BANKING

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The Strategy and Transformation Manager Mortgage Banking will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the EVP of Mortgage, responsible for driving key transformation initiatives, optimizing divisional operations, and ensuring seamless coordination across functions. This role will provide high-level support to the EVP, acting as a key liaison across the organization to implement strategic priorities, support executive decision-making, and foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the Mortgage Division.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Develop training programs and communication strategies that prepare and support employees through the transition.

• Facilitates culture change through ongoing communications to partners and stakeholders reinforcing example and updating team and stakeholders on progress on key strategic priorities and initiatives
• Oversee the execution of the transformation roadmap, managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful delivery
• Champion a collaborative, innovative, and customer experience.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Required Qualifications*

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Business, Finance, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or strategic program management within residential mortgage or lending.

 Additional Qualifications

• MBA or relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead large scale transformation initiatives and deliver results in a complex, fast-paced environment; experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Deep knowledge of the mortgage industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to distill complex information for senior executives.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative mindset.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?CompensationStarting base salary: $141,830 - $263,408 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
