Job Summary

 Are you a high-performing sales leader with a track record of building elite teams in the information marketing or education space? We are looking for a Strategic Sales Team Lead to take the reins of a high-growth sales department for a premier real estate education organization. Key Responsibilities

• Team Building: Own the end-to-end talent cycle, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management (firing) of sales representatives
• Performance Management: Monitor and manage all department KPIs to ensure consistent revenue growth and efficiency
• Training & Mentorship: Conduct regular call reviews, lead intensive role-playing sessions, and provide hands-on training to sharpen the team’s closing skills
• Process Optimization: Build, document, and refine sales processes and workflow automations to improve pipeline velocity
• Critical Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and implement strategic solutions to keep the team moving forward
• CRM Management: Leverage GoHighLevel and other sales tools to track data, manage leads, and ensure high CRM hygiene
• Leading by Example: Step into the trenches to close deals when necessary and demonstrate what "great" looks like to the team

• Proven Leadership: Experience building and scaling a sales team from the ground up, preferably within the Information Marketing or Coaching industry.
• Industry Experience: A strong understanding of the Real Estate Investing education space or high-ticket coaching.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience using GoHighLevel (GHL), Slack, and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Metric-Driven: A deep understanding of how to manage a sales floor through data and KPIs.
• Location/Timezone: Must be based onshore in the United States and able to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Arizona time.
• Communication: Fluent English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Infusionsoft (Keap).
• Expertise in lead qualification, discovery calls, and advanced pipeline management.
