The Strategic Projects Specialist will support the lifecycle management of strategic projects, including planning, execution, and closing. They will also assist in M&A due diligence processes and coordinate operational tasks across legal, finance, and marketing departments.
Job Description
Buscamos un/a Strategic Projects Specialist dinámico/a y orientado/a a resultados para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Desarrollo Corporativo. En este rol, apoyarás la coordinación y ejecución operativa de proyectos clave, incluyendo el lanzamiento en nuevos mercados, apoyo en operaciones de M&A y estructuración de alianzas.
Responsabilidades Principales
- Apoyar la gestión integral del ciclo de vida de los proyectos estratégicos: planificación, ejecución, seguimiento y cierre.
- Participar bajo supervisión en procesos de due diligence para operaciones de M&A.
- Coordinar tareas operativas con equipos transversales (Legal, Finanzas, Marketing).
- Contribuir a la elaboración de roadmaps, Business Cases y análisis de viabilidad.
- Monitorear la relación operativa con socios y proveedores externos.
- Identificar riesgos operativos y presentar reportes periódicos de avance (KPIs) a la dirección.
Requisitos
- Educación: Licenciatura en Gestión Estratégica, Administración de Empresas, Finanzas Corporativas o carrera afín (Máster valorado).
- Experiencia: 3 a 4 años de experiencia previa en gestión de proyectos, consultoría estratégica o entornos corporativos.
- Idiomas: Inglés fluido (requerido). Español o francés valorado.
- Metodologías: Conocimiento deseable en PMP, Prince2 o marcos Agile.
- Habilidades de comunicación, rigor operativo, capacidad analítica y trabajo en equipo.
