This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Strategic Client Success Manager based in United States.
This is a strategic client success role focused on managing a dedicated portfolio of high-value customers and helping them achieve measurable business outcomes.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, developing a deep understanding of client objectives, challenges, business models, and growth opportunities.
The role combines relationship management, strategic consulting, client education, adoption, retention, and expansion activities.
You will translate client needs into actionable plans while coordinating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver against account objectives.
Success in this position requires strong organization, technical aptitude, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities thoughtfully.
You will have the opportunity to influence long-term customer value, strengthen advocacy, and identify opportunities for incremental business growth.
The position is fully remote, with limited long-distance travel potentially required for training, team summits, or client events.

Accountabilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of key customers by understanding their objectives, pain points, business priorities, and desired outcomes, then providing relevant guidance and solutions.
- Manage the client lifecycle from onboarding and adoption through growth, retention, and continued subscription, ensuring both customer and business objectives are achieved.
- Translate strategic client needs into clear tactical actions, including regular check-in calls, account reviews, planning sessions, and follow-up activities.
- Develop strong relationships across client organizations to understand their full business model, uncover challenges, and connect those needs with appropriate solutions.
- Drive product adoption and usage through proactive engagement, client education, strategic touchpoints, and effective account planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional involvement across executive leadership, account growth, marketing, product development, and other teams to address client needs and achieve performance objectives.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer value and generate incremental business through client advocacy, successful outcomes, and referenceable initiatives.
- Proactively identify potential risks to retention or adoption and work with clients and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a thoughtful, organized, and positive approach when managing complex client relationships and multiple priorities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success management or a closely related client-facing role.
- 5+ years of experience working with SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
- Demonstrated success driving client retention, product adoption, customer satisfaction, and advocacy.
- Experience coaching, advising, and supporting high-profile or strategically important clients throughout their lifecycle.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep clients aligned around execution.
- Strong communication and active listening skills, combined with the ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with technology-enabled products and services.
- Ability to build rapport across multiple stakeholders and develop trusted, long-term client relationships.
- Undergraduate degree is highly preferred.
- Candidates should be quick-thinking, detail-oriented, organized, patient, positive, thoughtful, and solutions-oriented.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry or profession is a plus but is not required.

- Fully remote position within the United States.
- Base salary of $70,000–$80,000 USD.
- Bonus opportunity equal to 25% of base salary at target, for an overall on-target earnings structure.
