This role is focused on driving enterprise revenue growth by building relationships with large organizations and guiding complex B2B SaaS opportunities from prospecting through close. You will develop strategic territory plans, identify high-value accounts, and create targeted approaches based on customer needs and industry use cases. The position combines consultative selling, relationship building, pipeline generation, and strategic account development within the governance, risk, and compliance technology space. You will work closely with Solutions Engineers, partners, product teams, and other stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and a strong customer experience. The role provides significant ownership over revenue growth while encouraging experimentation, data-driven selling, and continuous improvement. This is a remote opportunity with a territory covering the Pacific Northwest and Canada, with Washington and Oregon preferred.

- Develop and execute strategic territory plans for a targeted portfolio of enterprise accounts using Salesforce and modern sales intelligence, automation, and pipeline analytics tools.
- Generate new business pipeline through cold prospecting, partner collaboration, social engagement, email, phone outreach, and other creative approaches.
- Develop account and industry-specific sales strategies focused on relevant use cases and customer priorities.
- Own the full sales cycle, from qualification and discovery through demonstrations, stakeholder engagement, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
- Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across large enterprise organizations.

- Consult with customers on best practices and potential use cases for enterprise governance, risk, and compliance solutions.

- Deliver a high-quality customer experience across every interaction and contribute to strategic revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of overall sales experience, including at least 5 years selling B2B SaaS solutions to large enterprise organizations.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, strategic account development, new business generation, and complex sales cycles.
- Strong curiosity and consultative approach, with the ability to understand customer challenges and clearly communicate the value of technology solutions.
- Excellent listening skills, humility, and a customer-first mindset, with the judgment to understand when a solution may not be the right fit.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn sophisticated software platforms and communicate their value to different audiences.
- Experience with Salesforce and sales automation technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills, particularly in virtual customer environments.
- Ability to develop long-term customer relationships based on trust and strategic value.
- Willingness to experiment, test new approaches, measure outcomes, and continuously improve sales processes.
- Previous experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Business Process Management (BPM) software is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively with partners, Solutions Engineers, product teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Willingness to work remotely while managing a territory focused on the Pacific Northwest and Canada; Washington and Oregon are preferred locations.
Benefits:
- On-target earnings of $290,000–$350,000 per year.
- Equity opportunities.

Jobgether is a career navigation platform built for senior professionals competing in the remote job market. Hiring systems were designed for volume and keyword matching, not for 15 or 20 years of nonlinear experience. That structural mismatch is why strong profiles get filtered out before a human ever sees them.
Our platform diagnoses where a search is breaking, corrects how experience is positioned, and connects professionals to the companies where their background creates real value. The goal is not more applications. It is the right visibility in the right places.
Our mission is to ensure no senior professional remains invisible in the global remote market, not because they lack the skills, but because the system failed to read them correctly.
