What You'll Do
As a Storefront Associate, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding customer experience every day by:
Delivering friendly, fast, and memorable customer service.
Greeting guests and assisting with product selection.
Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately.
Preparing coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.
Assisting with bread merchandising and product presentation.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
Working collaboratively with your teammates and store leadership.
Following all company policies and Health Department regulations.
Cross-training in multiple areas, including:
Cashier (POS)
Bar
Bread
Cake
Arriving on time and ready to work each scheduled shift.
Having fun while delivering an exceptional guest experience!
Qualifications: Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who have:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to speak and understand conversational English.
Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
Weekend and holiday availability is strongly preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain a ServSafe Food Handler Certification (where required).
Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent physical activity, including:
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Repetitive hand movements.
Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting.
Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Working in varying temperatures, including coolers and freezers.
