What You’ll Do:
· Deliver professional, friendly customer service · Build and maintain long-term client relationships · Educate clients on skincare products, memberships, equipment, and services· Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For:
· Customer service experience and/or sales experience (retail preferred, not required)· Strong communication and people skills· Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to earn commission· Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends)· Reliable transportation and punctuality
Compensation & Benefits:
