Summary
Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining a safe home environment. Observe and report changes in patient conditions to the clinical team and complete all required documentation.

Schedule: 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri) Day shift

As a Home Health Aide, you'll provide one-on-one care, build lasting relationships with patients and families, and be part of a supportive clinical team dedicated to improving lives every day.

What You'll Do

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care

Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

Observe and report changes in patient condition

Communicate with nurses, patients, and families

Complete required documentation
Qualifications
-
STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training
-
1+ year of caregiving experience
-
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
-
Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
