WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest with an experience that is beyond their expectations and creates  guests for life. This individual will join the Slopeside team to help maintain the cleanliness of Slopeside!

REQUIRMENTS

• The ability to provide outstanding guest service.
• A desire to be an integral part of a growing food & beverage team.
• Excellent organization & time management skills
• The ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and guests through positive interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn or knowledge of restaurant & kitchen operations is a plus.
• Must be at least 16 years of age

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Responsible for always maintaining adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen.
• Keeps dishwashing machines clean, ensuring satisfactory levels of detergent and other supplies are readily available for usage.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.
• Clean and sanitize food preparation areas and other various workspaces.
• Be available and willing to fill in for other roles, including bus person and prep cook, as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
• Completes all assigned checklists as required.
• Attends all staff meetings as assigned.
