This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Stelo Retail and E-Commerce Distribution Director based in United States.
This senior commercial leadership role will shape the retail and e-commerce distribution strategy for an innovative health technology portfolio.
You will be responsible for expanding customer access across retail, direct-to-consumer e-commerce, marketplaces, and other distribution channels.
The position combines strategic planning, commercial execution, market analysis, promotional strategy, and team leadership.
You will own initiatives designed to grow revenue, volume, market share, and operating margin in a dynamic and evolving market.
Working cross-functionally, you will align commercial, marketing, operational, and strategic resources around shared business objectives.
You will also build scalable distribution capabilities and anticipate future channel and customer needs as the business expands.

Accountabilities

Develop and execute the retail and e-commerce distribution strategy across multiple channels, including retail, Stelo.com, Amazon.com, and other emerging distribution opportunities.

Drive commercial performance by growing revenue, sales volume, market share, customer access, and operating margin.

Establish strategic priorities and tactical plans that simplify access to health technology for customers across the U.S. market.

Develop competitive strategies and scalable distribution capabilities that anticipate evolving customer expectations, market dynamics, and future product opportunities.

Monitor and analyze distribution performance, sales metrics, market trends, and channel results to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Lead promotional strategy across distribution channels and collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with commercial objectives.

Expand and optimize distribution networks in line with product innovation and evolving market opportunities.

Develop resource plans and manage investments within approved budgets to support strategic and commercial objectives.

Lead, develop, hire, and retain a high-performing distribution team focused on execution, continuous improvement, and commercial results.

Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver sales, market share, margin, and operational targets.

Continuously improve distribution processes, capabilities, and ways of working to support scalable growth.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with typically 15+ years of relevant industry experience.

At least 9 years of successful management experience in a relevant industry.

Demonstrated expertise developing and executing retail and e-commerce distribution strategies across multiple channels.

Proven ability to drive revenue, volume, market share, and operating margin growth through commercial and distribution initiatives.

Strong understanding of retail, e-commerce, marketplace, and direct-to-consumer distribution models.

Experience developing scalable solutions and strategies in dynamic, rapidly evolving markets.
