Meet the team:

Dexcom is a leader in diabetes management technology and is proactively developing solutions to address new and expanding areas of opportunity for diabetes treatment, and improved health.  This leader will shape the trajectory of Dexcom’s success in the growing CGM category by leading the Stelo Retail and E-commerce distribution channels, and will be poised for future growth opportunities within an evolving and dynamic company.  The US is the largest market with significant growth opportunities, and the Stelo distribution team will be instrumental in achieving our goals. 

Where you come in:

• The Director, Stelo Retail and E-Commerce role will be responsible for the development and implementation of distribution strategy that maximizes and simplifies access to Dexcom Stelo technology for all customers.  
• You will develop the strategy and tactics necessary to grow revenue, volume, market share, and operating margin through retail, e-commerce (Stelo.com and Amazon.com), and other distribution channels.
• As a business leader, you will be accountable for achieving Stelo commercial goals in collaboration with your partners and will drive the success of the Stelo business.
• You will develop competitive strategies that anticipate capabilities needed to scale and meet the needs of customers in this dynamic industry, positioning Dexcom at the forefront.
• You will monitor and analyze the distribution sales performance, key metrics, and market trends on Retail, Amazon, Stelo.com, and other distribution channels to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 
• You will lead the Stelo distribution promotional strategy and marketing collaboration to achieve business goals.
• You will lead the Stelo distribution team and develop the colleagues.
• You will assist the Stelo brand team on developing employer initiatives and associated distribution.

• You have the expertise to develop and execute the Stelo Retail and E-commerce distribution strategy across multiple channels to maximize and simplify access to Dexcom technology by customers, while driving revenue, market share, and operating margin growth.
• You are a progressive thought leader who can develop scalable solutions to address Stelo’s future market opportunities.
• You have experience in hiring, leading, developing, and retaining a team who will be focused on implementation of the Stelo distribution strategy with continual process improvement, while delivering against commercial goals.
• You bring knowledge and experience to lead the effort to expand distribution networks to match pace with Stelo product innovation.
• You work cross functionally across stakeholders and partners in the organization to drive sales volume, market share, and margin targets while continuously improving processes, to meet goals.
• You are proficient in developing resource plans that are required to meet objectives and manage within budget allocations.

Travel Required:

• 25 to 50%

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of industry experience
• 9+ years of successful management experience in relevant industry

Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.

Salary:

$172,400.00 - $287,300.00
