Job Details: Job Location: White Bear Lake Market - White Bear, MN, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $13.50 - $19.00Hourly, Please note: Pay range is based on experience.

Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas are making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.

Requirements:

Now Hiring for availability of 5:00am - Noon
Weekday and Weekend availability a must (including Holidays) 

Weekends include Friday - Sunday

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
Handling food according to state health codes
Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
Teamwork
Maintain drink consistencies with the interest in learning new recipes
Work in an energetic and face-paced environment
Must have the ability to be organized and clean
