Job Details: Job Location: Uptown Market & Wine Shop - Minneapolis, MN, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $16.37 - $20.75Hourly, Please Note: Pay Range is based on job experience.

Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas are making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.

Requirements:

Currently 2 Positions available!
X1: Mids & Closing Shifts

Ability to be scheduled ~24 hours/week or about 3 - 4 shifts/week
Must be available:

9 am - 5 pm &
1 pm - 8:30 pm

Must be available the following days to work:

Monday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday

X1: Opening Shifts

Ability to work as early as 6 am
Flexibility to work 18 - 20 hours/week or 2 - 3 shifts/week
Weekend Availability is a must

Available to be scheduled during booth hours year-round a Must
Availability to work 2-out-of-3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday) and holiday availability are a Must
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
Handling food according to state health codes
Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
Teamwork
Maintain drink consistencies with the interest in learning new recipes
Work in an energetic and face-paced environment
Must have the ability to be organized and clean
