Purpose of Your Job Position

The primary purpose of your job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.

Delegation of Authority

As Staffing Coordinator, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

QualificationsKey Skills

Communication skills: Ability to liaise effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external agencies

Organizational skills: Managing multiple candidates, schedules, and processes efficiently

Multitasking: Handling recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding simultaneously

Problem-solving: Addressing staffing shortages, turnover issues, and scheduling conflicts

experience in a staffing or recruitment role is preferred 

Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements is essential
