Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Staff RN/LPN. This role involves working 12-hour shifts, with options for both day and night schedules. The ideal candidates will be adaptable, reliable, and committed to providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work 12-hour shifts from 0700 to 1900 or 1900 to 0700.
- Commit to working every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) for full-time or part-time positions.
- Participate in one of the two holiday blocks: either Thanksgiving/New Year’s Eve & Day or Christmas Eve & Day.
Optional Responsibilities:
- Float between several locations as desired for additional hours and opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong reliability and commitment to scheduled shifts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work locations and schedules.
- Strong communication skills.

Requirements
- Valid MN RN license
- Valid CPR from hands-on class or ability to complete upon hire
- Associates Degree in Nursing or related field
Preferred
- Experience with Vent/Trach patients
- Prior home health experience is a plus!
