This is a Casual position.
This position is responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations in the absence of the Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring the safe and accurate fulfillment of prescriptions while upholding exceptional customer service standards. The role includes supervising pharmacy staff, supporting workflow efficiency, and maintaining compliance with all state‑specific rules and regulations. Success in this position requires sound independent judgment, strong leadership, and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements. A deep commitment to Ebenezer's mission and vision is essential to fostering a high‑quality, patient‑centered pharmacy environment.
Responsibilities
- Read, interpret, and enter prescriptions into the online pharmacy prescription system.
- Ensure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions filled.
- Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounds.
- Assist Pharmacist-In-Charge to train, coach, and manage pharmacy staff
- Create and maintain patient profiles and prescription information to provide accurate care.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of pharmacy information systems and data entry
- Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy practices and procedures
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Mathematical abilities such as calculating discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, and volume; basic algebra; practical mathematics.
- Pharmacist MN Board of Pharm
- Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)
- Immunization Certified in State of MN within 30 Days
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year Pharmacist
- Doctorate of Pharmacy

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
