Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team.

What You’ll Do

Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Supervise and support certified nursing assistants (CNAs)
Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
Help maintain a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment

QualificationsWhat You’ll Need

Current, unencumbered Massachusetts RN or LPN license
Graduate of an approved RN or LPN nursing program
Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills
Commitment to treating residents with dignity, compassion, and respect

New graduates are welcome. Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is helpful but not required.
