About the role
- Provides accounting support within the Finance department.
- Pay Range $30 - $35 DOE

What you'll do
- Provide reconciliation support for balance sheet accounts
- Assist with the reconciliation of bank statement activity to the general ledger
- Assist as directed with auditor requests relating to the Association's annual audit.
- Maintain filing system for journal entries, bank statements, external reports, and other miscellaneous items.
- Special projects as directed by the Accounting Manager or Director of Finance.
- Assist with month-end close process. This includes working with Excel spreadsheets, graphs, and account analysis.
- Assist with the Association's annual budget preparation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting from a college or university and three or more years of related accounting work experience.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Microsoft Outlook E-Mail Software
- Experience with Jonas Accounting Software a plus
