St. Timothy School, located at 1070 Thomas Lane in Columbus, is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant.  

The School Office Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Principal and assists teachers, parents, and visitors as requested; performs clerical/receptionist duties and other duties as assigned.  
 
 Qualifications – An ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• The ability to recognize and respect the confidentiality of situations
• The ability to serve others and be courteous
• The ability to be flexible to adapt to changing needs
• The ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment
• The ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, write short correspondence, and memos
• The ability to work on multiple items and prioritize tasks according to timelines and deadlines

Requirements:

• Current satisfactory BCI & FBI background checks
• Have attended or be willing to attend a VIRTUS Protecting God’s Children training
