Job Details: Job Location: Illinois College - Jacksonville, IL, Position Type: Student, Salary Range: $12.00 - $12.00Hourly, An Admissions Office Intern at Illinois College supports the recruitment and enrollment of prospective students by assisting with campus visits, events, and daily office operations. This role serves as a key connection between the college and prospective students, helping create a welcoming and informative experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with planning and executing admissions events, campus tours, and visit days
Provide excellent customer service to prospective students, families, and guests
Support student ambassadors and help coordinate their schedules and activities
Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, emails, and inquiries
Prepare admissions materials, data entry, and CRM updates
Contribute to creating a positive and engaging campus visit experience
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for Illinois College
Compensation: $12.00/hour
