Position: Senior SharePoint Application Developer

Location: Hybrid- 3 days in-office

Terms: Full Time

Program Overview

Supports the Decennial Information Technology Division by delivering full lifecycle SharePoint application development and enterprise IT services.

Position Overview

Analyzes business requirements, designs enterprise applications, develops SharePoint solutions, and provides technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities

• Analyze business applications and functional requirements.
• Design software architecture, logic flows, and technical specifications.
• Develop, test, debug, and maintain SharePoint applications.
• Develop using SharePoint, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, InfoPath, Nintex, Bootstrap, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Prepare technical and user documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
• Support full SDLC activities including deployment and maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of software development experience.
• Experience with enterprise SharePoint development and large-scale DBMS environments.
• Strong programming, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Federal IT experience.
• Experience supporting Census Bureau or CATTS environments.
• Agile development experience.

Salary

$150K-$180K
