The Operations & Alignment team functions as an internal consulting and execution partner for Field Operations, helping leaders solve complex challenges, improve organizational effectiveness, and deliver strategic initiatives. We partner across the organization to translate strategy into action through strong planning, data-informed decision-making, and scalable systems and processes.  As our Senior Project Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of technology, project management, operations, and data. You’ll help manage and optimize key business systems, particularly our Salesforce ecosystem, while leading projects and process improvements that make it easier for teams to work effectively and leaders to make informed decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys figuring out how systems and processes can work better, can move comfortably between technical and business conversations, and knows how to take an idea from concept through implementation.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Own & Optimize CRM Solutions

You’ll serve as a key business partner for our Salesforce/CRM ecosystem, helping ensure the technology supports how our teams actually work. You will:

• Help manage, maintain, and optimize Salesforce and related CRM functionality, including workflows, automations, dashboards, reporting, and new features.
• Translate business needs into practical system requirements and solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors on system enhancements, integrations, troubleshooting, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and help ensure new functionality works as intended before implementation.
• Monitor system utilization and data quality and identify opportunities to improve adoption, consistency, and the user experience.
• Develop documentation, standards, training, and resources that help employees use systems effectively.
• Support an expanding Salesforce ecosystem that may include additional business processes and functionality over time.

Turn Strategy Into Execution

You’ll help move high-priority initiatives from ideas and plans to measurable results. You will:

• Build project plans, workbacks, timelines, milestones, and communication plans for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate work across teams, keeping stakeholders aligned and deliverables moving.
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, decisions, and action items—and raise issues before they become barriers.
• Facilitate project meetings and create the structure and accountability needed to keep work on track.
• Support change management as new systems, processes, and ways of working are introduced.
• Bring consistency to project management practices, tools, documentation, and reporting.

Use Data to Solve Problems

You won’t just produce reports, you’ll help teams understand what the information means and what to do next. You will:

• Develop dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and reporting that provide visibility into organizational and project performance.
• Analyze CRM and other operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and briefings that make complex information easier to understand and act upon.

Improve How Work Gets Done

You’ll bring a continuous-improvement mindset to the team by:

• Evaluating workflows and business processes to identify unnecessary steps, manual work, and inefficiencies.
• Designing practical, scalable solutions that connect people, process, technology, and data.
• Developing templates, tools, standards, and resources that can be used consistently across teams.
• Looking for new technologies, approaches, and best practices that can improve organizational effectiveness.

You’ll know you’re making an impact when projects consistently move forward with clear ownership and accountability; Salesforce and other tools are increasingly useful, reliable, and adopted by the teams they support; and leaders have timely, accurate information to make decisions. You’ll also help create measurable efficiencies by reducing manual work and process redundancies, while building scalable tools, documentation, and practices that make the organization less dependent on individual knowledge.

Qualifications

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who brings a blend of technical aptitude, project execution, analytical thinking, and business partnership. You should have:

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, business operations, consulting, CRM/business systems, analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce or a comparable CRM/business platform, with the ability to understand how systems can be configured and improved to meet business needs.
• Strong project management skills and experience managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
• The ability to gather business requirements and translate them into workflows, processes, system enhancements, or other practical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with data, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
• Experience partnering across functions and influencing work without direct authority.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate with senior leaders.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar platforms is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, Project Management, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• CAPM or PMP certification is strongly preferred.

Work Environment & Travel

This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, with employees working in the office Tuesday and Wednesday and remotely on other days based on business needs. The position may require up to 25% travel to support meetings, conferences, and strategic initiatives.

Compensation 

The salary range for this role is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00.  BGCA takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training and experience, as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
