What you'll do 💼
This role isn't just people-facing; it's operational and all about using automation to get things done. You'll design, build, and execute the processes that let us show up for Vivans in the moments that matter most, using AI to extend your capacity, not replace your thinking, and bringing real care for the team’s experience.

🌎 Location: Argentina, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Colombia, Ecuador & Mexico

Responsibilities ✏️

1. Own lifecycle operations end-to-end: onboarding, offboarding, and milestone moments (i.e., Vivaversaries, community-building programs, weekly company-wide meetings), and People-related vendor relationships (e.g., SW, Nectar, Hexnode, Net Universe).

2. Maintain and optimize our systems (e.g., Deel, Nectar, Notion, Google Drive) to ensure the data in them enables fast, informed decisions and accurate reporting.

3. Design multi-step automations and oversee our internal bots to scale operations, minimizing friction and clearly defining when a Vivan interaction needs an AI touch versus a human one.

4. Coordinate payroll and IT processes (i.e., bonuses, quarterly payments) and IT logistics (i.e., laptop shipping, cybersecurity compliance).

5. Own the signals behind talent engagement. Proactively spot disengagement signals early and close the gaps through better processes and communication. Have Vivans continue to choose us as their workplace.

Who you are 🔍

1. 2+ years in Exec, People, Marketing, Product Ops, or similar roles: we value transferable skills and real execution ownership over a specific title.

2. Huge plus! You have strong hands-on experience working with UI/UX.

3. You work with AI daily as a core part of how you operate, not a side tool, using it to design automations, analyze data, and move faster on everything you own.

4. An advanced Notion user who can architect a database, not just fill one in, with a "figure it out" mindset that connects existing tools into better workflows.

5. A critical thinker with strong attention to detail, you combine data, technology, and context to make sound decisions.

6. An excellent time manager and structured communicator who prioritizes by impact and manages expectations across multiple stakeholders at once.

7. You’re obsessed with impact and emotionally mature; you translate care for Vivans into well-run processes, scale with heart, hold boundaries without being oppositional, and stay comfortable being questioned rather than always handed the answer.
