We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to accelerate growth through our global partner ecosystem.

In this hands-on role, you will help existing partners generate demand, pipeline and revenue with Mitek solutions. You will also collaborate with Sales, Digital Marketing and regional Field Marketing teams to attract, launch and activate new partners.

You will work directly with our partners to enable their sellers, develop joint marketing plans and execute campaigns that support shared growth objectives.

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded B2B marketer who can move comfortably between strategy and execution, build strong relationships and turn partner opportunities into measurable business results.

Preferred candidates will be located in the US EAST COAST time zone.

What You’ll Do (Essential Responsibilities):

Partner Growth and Marketing Planning

• Develop and execute joint marketing and growth plans for priority partners.

• Adapt programs to different partner types, routes to market, target audiences and shared revenue objectives.

• Build strong relationships with partners’ marketing, product and sales teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers and drive action.

• Partner closely with Mitek’s Partner Sales team to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.

Partner Enablement

• Identify gaps in partner enablement and develop the resources partners need to market and sell Mitek solutions effectively.

• Create or adapt partner-ready messaging, content, sales playbooks, training materials and portal resources.

• Help partner sellers understand Mitek’s value proposition and communicate it confidently to their customers and prospects.

Demand Generation and Partner Activation

• Collaborate with Digital Marketing and the wider Field Marketing organization to create integrated campaigns that reach partners’ customers and prospects.

• Deliver programs across digital channels, content, webinars, events and partner-owned channels.

• Support the acquisition, launch and activation of new partners through targeted campaigns developed with Sales and Digital Marketing.

• Work with regional Field Marketing leaders to support partner events, webinars and other activation opportunities.

Performance and Optimization

• Measure partner engagement, campaign performance, partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, conversion and revenue impact.

• Use performance data to improve campaigns, identify successful approaches and scale them across partners and regions.

• Provide clear updates and recommendations to Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders.

• Help improve visibility into partner marketing performance and its contribution to Mitek’s growth.

What You'll Need (Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

• Significant B2B marketing experience, including direct experience in partner, channel, alliance or ecosystem marketing.

• Demonstrated success developing and executing programs with external partners that contributed to pipeline, revenue or partner activation.

• Experience creating integrated demand-generation campaigns across digital channels, content, webinars, events and partner-owned platforms.

• A strong understanding of indirect sales models, partner journeys and different routes to market.

• The ability to translate complex products and solutions into clear, relevant messaging and content for partners.

• Experience developing partner enablement materials such as playbooks, training, campaigns, content and portal resources.

• Confidence working directly with partner marketing, sales and product teams.

• Experience using CRM, marketing automation, analytics and partner platforms to measure engagement, pipeline and campaign performance.

• Strong relationship-building, communication and project-management skills.

• The ability to influence and coordinate internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.

What Would be Nice (Preferred Skills & Experience):

• Experience in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, digital identity, fraud prevention, fintech or financial services.

• Experience supporting a global partner ecosystem across different regions and partner types.

• Familiarity with partner relationship management platforms and partner marketing automation tools.

• Experience with account-based marketing or joint go-to-market programs.

• Experience using AI-enabled marketing tools to improve content creation, campaign execution or performance analysis.
