Sr. Partner Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Partner Marketing Manager based in United States.

This role is focused on accelerating growth through a global partner ecosystem by turning strategic relationships into measurable demand, pipeline, and revenue.
You will develop joint marketing plans, enable partner sellers, and execute campaigns that support shared commercial objectives.
Working closely with Sales, Digital Marketing, and Field Marketing, you will help attract, launch, and activate new partners while growing existing relationships.
The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital campaigns, content, webinars, events, and partner channels.
You will use engagement and performance data to optimize programs, identify successful approaches, and scale them across regions and partner types.
Success will depend on your ability to build trusted relationships, influence stakeholders, simplify complex solutions, and connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
The preferred candidate will be located in the U.S. East Coast time zone and comfortable working across a global partner environment.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute joint marketing and growth plans for priority partners, adapting programs to partner types, routes to market, target audiences, and shared revenue objectives.
• Build strong relationships with partner marketing, product, and sales teams to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and drive coordinated action.
• Collaborate closely with Partner Sales to align marketing programs with commercial priorities and revenue goals.
• Identify partner enablement gaps and create or adapt messaging, content, sales playbooks, training materials, campaigns, and portal resources.
• Enable partner sellers to understand and confidently communicate the value of complex solutions to their customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing and regional Field Marketing teams to develop integrated demand-generation campaigns across digital channels, content, webinars, events, and partner-owned platforms.
• Support the acquisition, launch, and activation of new partners through targeted campaigns developed in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Support partner events, webinars, and other regional activation initiatives.
• Track partner engagement, campaign performance, partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact.
• Use performance data to optimize campaigns, identify successful approaches, and scale effective programs across partners and regions.
• Provide clear performance updates, insights, and recommendations to Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders while improving visibility into partner marketing contribution.

Requirements:

• Significant B2B marketing experience, including direct experience in partner, channel, alliance, or ecosystem marketing.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing external partner programs that contributed to pipeline, revenue, or partner activation.
• Experience creating integrated demand-generation campaigns across digital channels, content, webinars, events, and partner-owned platforms.
• Strong understanding of indirect sales models, partner journeys, and different routes to market.
• Ability to translate complex products and solutions into clear, relevant messaging and content for partners.
• Experience developing partner enablement resources such as playbooks, training materials, campaigns, content, and portal resources.
• Confidence working directly with partner marketing, sales, and product teams.
• Experience using CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and partner platforms to measure engagement, pipeline, and campaign performance.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organization, and project-management skills.
• Ability to influence and coordinate internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, digital identity, fraud prevention, fintech, or financial services is preferred.
• Experience supporting global partner ecosystems across different regions and partner types is a plus.
• Familiarity with partner relationship management and partner marketing automation platforms is desirable.
• Experience with account-based marketing or joint go-to-market programs is beneficial.
• Experience using AI-enabled marketing tools for content creation, campaign execution, or performance analysis is a plus.
• Proactive, collaborative, commercially minded, and data-driven, with the ability to move comfortably between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
• Strong communicator who can simplify complex solutions and create compelling partner-ready messaging.
• Adaptable and comfortable collaborating across regions, cultures, and different types of partner organizations.
• Preferred location is within the U.S. East Coast time zone.
