Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Partner Business Manager to join our Advisory & Consulting GSI Organization. This is a remote role located i​n the Americas, reporting to the Sr. Director, Partner & Alliances. You’ll drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future by building and executing structured business plans for partner alliances to further cement Zscaler’s position as the world leader in cloud security. You will act as a strategic catalyst, leveraging executive relationships and internal collaboration to deliver on regional revenue goals.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Develop, own, and execute a structured business plan for the Advisory & Consulting GSI firms across the Americas, jointly defining a strategic priority account list
• Build and accelerate pipeline with your partners to ensure we deliver on the Zscaler revenue goals for the region
• Build and maintain executive relationships within the alliance's business organization, including their Security, Network, Cloud, and Digital Workplace practices
• Team with internal sales organization and your partners to drive alignment and engagement across multiple opportunities to bring them to closure 
• Build the partnership brand awareness both internally and externally
• Work in partnership with the Global Alliance Director to build net new offerings and executive sponsorships
• Cross functional engagement with the extended team across marketing, rev/ops, partner engineering, and regional partner business managers in the Americas

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management
• Direct experience working with GSI partners in the Americas
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proven success partnering with Deloitte and/or EY in a previous role
• Proficiency in internet security and networking skills
• Proven success selling complex solutions in both sell-to and sell-through models

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range$177,600—$222,000 USD
