Sr. Paid Social Growth Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Paid Social Growth Manager based in the United States.

As a Senior Paid Social Growth Manager, you’ll lead paid social growth across a portfolio of 3–5 ecommerce and direct-to-consumer accounts.
You’ll own Meta and Instagram campaign strategy, media buying, optimization, creative direction, and performance analysis.
Your work will directly influence customer acquisition, revenue growth, and the achievement of ambitious client KPIs.
You’ll collaborate closely with growth strategists, media buyers, creative teams, and client stakeholders to turn business objectives into scalable campaigns.
The role combines hands-on campaign management with strategic thinking, data analysis, and creative problem-solving.

Accountabilities

• Develop and execute paid social strategies on Meta and Instagram based on client business objectives, growth targets, and performance goals.

• Manage a portfolio of 3–5 ad accounts, overseeing campaign launches, daily optimization, budget allocation, pacing, and performance against KPIs.

• Manage and optimize significant monthly advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend and continuous opportunities for growth.

• Partner with creative strategists to develop creative strategies, identify winning concepts, build content pipelines, and provide actionable feedback on ad assets.

• Monitor and analyze performance using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify, Looker Studio, and other analytics platforms.

• Create performance reports, identify meaningful trends and insights, and translate data into clear strategic recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.

• Stay current on Meta platform developments, advertising features, creative trends, and industry best practices, sharing relevant insights with internal and client teams.

• Serve as a key client contact for Meta performance, regularly communicating results, insights, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including growth partners, directors, and specialists across other paid media channels, to support broader acquisition strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Instagram advertising campaigns.

• Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing substantial paid media budgets, including accounts with monthly spend of $100K+.

• Proven ability to develop and execute creative strategies for Meta, including ad concept development, creative briefing, content pipelines, and performance-driven iteration.

• Strong understanding of Meta creative best practices across image, video, copy, formats, and messaging.

• Experience with multi-channel attribution and paid media tracking, including the ability to configure, diagnose, and troubleshoot data and attribution issues.

• Experience working with DTC and ecommerce businesses, particularly purchase-optimized campaigns and revenue-focused acquisition strategies.

• Familiarity with additional paid media channels such as TikTok, Pinterest, or Google is a plus.

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to turn campaign data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Ability to manage media strategy, reporting, and client communication across multiple accounts simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting performance insights and recommendations to clients.

• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities, particularly when navigating complex or ambiguous situations.

• Ability to remain effective and organized in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
