Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Senior Marketing Recruiter who has the drive to understand talent, help others develop, and connect their skills to meaningful work. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients. This is a remote, W2 contract role.

Accountabilities:
Results & Strategy
• Leverage knowledge of role design and the required competencies, skills and knowledge required for success to more effectively market, screen and present candidates to opportunities.
• Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.
• Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities.

People Leadership
• Oversee quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction. Coach and train on recruiting best practices, processes and technologies.

Client & Candidate
• Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates in order to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities. Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment.
• Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.

Thought Leadership
• Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise and dialogue on workforce insights through various platforms. Understand and educate client and program teams on the dynamics of the local market, labor and workforce management.

Qualifications

Required

7+ years of proven success in full-cycle recruitment, with specific experience in Marketing recruiting for high-growth SaaS or tech organizations.

Leadership Consulting: Experience and comfort partnering with and consulting at all levels of marketing leadership.

Collaborative Mindset: Desire and capability to work with other Talent Partners to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of marketing openings.

Flexibility: Possess an ability to be flexible and provide the right solution at the right time in a fast-moving environment.

Inclusive Hiring: Proven success in developing inclusive pipelines and diverse talent pools.

Adaptability: Growth mindset and an ability to adapt to changing dynamics as needed. Best Practices: Success in guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers on modern hiring best practices.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have
• Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
• Management: Experience or exposure to people or project management
