The Sr. Manager of Digital Commerce owns performance and growth across all of Core Med Science's digital sales channels, including the company website, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces. This role drives revenue through platform management, paid media, marketplace operations, and content strategy, leading a team to execute a cohesive digital commerce plan.

Essential Functions
(Duties that must be performed with or without accommodation. Does not include marginal duties.)

•    Manages day-to-day operations of the company website (DTC), including product listings, pricing, promotions, and user experience optimization.

•    Owns revenue performance across all digital sales channels, including the company website, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other online marketplaces.

•    Supports campaign strategy and content development for CRM tools and B2B sales channels, including Teams, Affiliates, and Practitioner accounts.

•    Manages Amazon Seller Central operations in partnership with our Amazon agency, overseeing listing optimization, A+ Content, and PPC/advertising campaigns to drive visibility and sales performance.

•    Manages TikTok Shop operations, including creator/affiliate recruitment, LIVE commerce coordination, and Shop Ads campaigns.

•    Evaluates and manages additional marketplace opportunities (e.g., Walmart, eBay, iHerb) as the brand expands its digital footprint.

•    Tracks and reports on key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, TACoS, contribution margin) across all channels to inform strategy.

•    Coordinates with Operations on inventory planning and fulfillment to prevent stranded inventory and stockouts across channels.

•    Partners with Marketing and Sales leadership to align digital channel strategy with broader company goals and promotional calendars.

•    Monitors platform compliance requirements (e.g., Amazon Brand Registry and MAP enforcement, FTC guidelines for affiliate/branded content, Prop 65, etc).

Work Environment

This position may be performed fully remote or in a hybrid arrangement split between remote work and our Franklin, TN office, depending on candidate location and business needs. Occasional exposure to outdoor elements, moderately noisy environments, and small/enclosed spaces should be expected during business travel.

Physical Demands

Travel

Less than 20% travel anticipated to see clients, attend conferences, or support cross-departmental initiatives requiring overnight stays.

QualificationsRequired Education, Credentials, and Experience

•    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field, or equivalent experience.

•    5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management.

Preferred Education, Credentials, and Experience

•    Experience in the dietary supplement, health & wellness, or CPG industry.

•    Experience managing Amazon Seller Central (listings, PPC, FBA) and TikTok Shop (creator/affiliate, LIVE commerce).

•    Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

•    Experience leading or managing a team.
