About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Lead Business Development candidate to develop and implement regional growth strategies to expand the business beyond its current market footprint. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive USA market view across Business Divisions, including market sizing, segmentation, competitive positioning, and growth potential assessments.
- Lead and coordinate regional growth governance activities, ensuring alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
- Design and establish market entry frameworks and expansion capabilities for targeted growth markets.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities across industries, customer segments, and geographic areas, with a particular focus on new and underpenetrated markets.
- Assess market trends, competitive landscapes, customer needs, and market dynamics to identify future regional growth opportunities and strengthen strategic growth plans through actionable market insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with Regional Sales teams, Sales Leadership, and Business Division leaders to identify growth opportunities, align market priorities, channels, and key accounts, support market development, and ensure expansion initiatives are aligned with commercial objectives.
- Translate market priorities and growth initiatives into Operational requirements and collaborate with operations to support successful execution and scalability.
- Prepare business cases and provide decision- ready recommendations regarding growth investments, resource allocations, expansion priorities, and market development opportunities.
- Monitor the performance of growth initiatives and recommend corrective actions to maximize business impact.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
- 5-8 years of field-related experience (preferred).
- Must possess strong business acumen, analytical and strategic skillsets.
- Strong ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
