Job Summary
This position is responsible for supporting the development of divisional strategies. Identifying tools to assess and track strategic opportunities. Providing end to end report development; interfacing between various internal business and technical or analytical teams to achieve goals and desired outcomes. Supporting a governance structure for the evaluation of strategic opportunities.
Required Job Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree and 5 years’ experience in strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development, in health care industry OR consulting OR Master/Professional Degree and 4 years of experience strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in health care industry OR consulting OR 7 years of experience strategic planning, market research, network management, or product development in health care industry.
* Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback.
* Experience with business analytics and information synthesis.
* Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
* Experience managing complex corporate projects in a matrixed environment.
* Demonstrated organization, prioritization, problem solving, communication skills including presentation and group facilitation experience.
* Experience interacting with staff/management across multiple departments at various levels in the organization;
* Verbal and written communication skills.
* Presentation and group facilitation experience.
* PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, with strong Excel skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
* Master’s Degree.
* Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range
$61,500.00 - $136,100.00
