This internship takes place in the Spring semester, typically beginning in early January and ending May/June.
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit operations? EveryMind is seeking an intern to support our Operations team in ensuring smooth day-to-day functions within our organization. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about asset management, office logistics, and facilities support while contributing to EveryMind’s mission of mental health advocacy and community support.
Key Responsibilities:
Asset Management
Assist in updating and maintaining our asset management software to keep accurate records of company resources.
Help track equipment and assets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Onboarding and Office Coordination
Organize and print onboarding packets for new employees to support a smooth start for new team members.
Help manage office supplies by regularly checking and updating inventory to meet organizational needs.
Data Management
Assist in receiving and recording technology forms, ensuring data is accurately uploaded into relevant systems.
Support electronic and physical documentation of company assets and resource usage.
Facilities and Workspace Support
Provide assistance in coordinating office logistics, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
Assist with facilities organization, ensuring a welcoming and functional office environment.
Qualifications: Qualifications:
Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program, ideally in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with asset management software is a plus
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills
Strong sense of responsibility and integrity when handling organizational resources
