We are looking for interns at River Crossing YMCA!
Interns will participate directly in day-to-day operations while gaining hands-on experience within their assigned department. This role emphasizes learning by doing, observation, and real-world problem-solving in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

What is needed for this job as our Intern:
- Desire to learn, grow, and take initiative
- Interest in hands-on, community-based work
- Ability to consistently engage (2-3 visits per week preferred)
- Willingness to complete required background clearances
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Engage with members, participants, and staff
