Job Title: Spookah Actor

Job Summary: Spookah Actors are responsible for bringing terrifying characters to life and provide unforgettable scare experiences for guests of all ages.

Job Responsibilities:

• Portray a variety of characters (zombies, ghosts, clowns, monsters, etc.) in designated scenes or zones
• Deliver scripted and improvised scares to guests in a fun, interactive, and safe manner
• Apply and maintain costume, makeup, masks, or prosthetics as required
• Stay in character for extended periods and react appropriately to guests
• Attend rehearsals, training sessions, and safety briefing
• Maintain a high level of energy and professionalism throughout shifts
• Ensure guest safety and report any issues or incidents to supervisors

Experience & Education:

• High school diploma or GED certificate is desired.
• Previous experience performing in front of groups (Preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs. consistently.
• Physical exertion such as frequent bending, twisting, stretching, stooping and reaching overhead.
• Standing and walking for long periods on surfaces such as uneven surfaces and hard flooring.
• Varying work hours extending up to ten (10) hour workdays under some circumstances.
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions in a wide range of temperatures.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Display a willingness to learn.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
• Good communication skills.
• Display an outgoing, energetic personality.

Safety:

• Promote and practice safe work practices at all times.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
• Adhere to company, state and federal safety standards and regulations.
