School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | Port Orchard, WA | 2026–2027 School Year | Up to $75/hour

Come work with a local, woman- and therapist-founded company! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time and part-time school-based positions in Port Orchard, Washington. These are in-person opportunities beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 2027.

Position Details:

• In-person, school-based openings

• Caseloads include Elementary or High School

• Start Date: ASAP

• End Date: June 17, 2027

• Compensation up to $75 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Complete required documentation and progress reporting

• Collaborate with teachers, families, special education teams, and other service providers

• Participate in IEP meetings and support students’ communication goals

• Deliver services in accordance with district, state, and professional guidelines

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Washington State SLP license

• Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certificate

• Current OSPI fingerprint clearance

• Ability to provide copies of applicable licenses and certifications during the submission process

• Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply—we provide mentorship and assistance with supervision
