Abundant Life Family Services (ALFS) is an organization that provides physical, cognitive, communication, social-emotional, and adaptive developmental skills to children and their families in home, clinic , child care centers and community settings. We specialize in Early Intervention (EI), which consist of services and supports designed to help families with children who have developmental delays and autsim reach their full potential. Providing families with access to care, while reviving hope, ALFS seeks to transform families one child at a time.

Abundant Life Family Services is actively seeking Speech Language Pathology candidates for our childcare, school and community-based early intervention program in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.

Potential qualified Speech Language Pathologists will have experience working with children who require services within the 3-5 age group. 

Speech Language Pathologists at ALFS are required to meet the educational and credentialing requirements to be eligible as a PA State license Speech Pathologist.

• Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric children with various communication disorders.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' speech and language goals.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and innovative strategies to facilitate progress in speech and language skills.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and client outcomes.
