Specialty Services - Construction Cleaner

About the Role: 

Elite Building Services is looking to hire 2 new employees for our Construction Cleaning team.  Candidates must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The schedule for this position is ever changing. Flexibility to change days and hours regularly is a big part of this role.

Work Schedule: Days or evening hours varies, at the discretion of our clients.

The Construction Cleaner position will require traveling with our crew members to various sites that Elite manages in the following areas of Southeast PA, Philadelphia, and Delaware. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Power Washing
• Construction Site Cleaning
• Commercial Building/Office Cleaning

Compensation: $19.00 per hour based on experience

Role Requirements:

• 1 Years experience – Preferred but not required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation with valid DL 

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day
• Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time
• Climb stairs and ladders

Skills: The required skills for this position, such as janitorial duties and floor care, are essential for maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Daily tasks will involve using various cleaning techniques and equipment to ensure all areas are hygienic and presentable. Knowledge of safety procedures is crucial when operating machinery, ensuring that all tasks are performed without risk to oneself or others.
