Specialty Crew Tech

About the Role: 

Elite Building Services is looking to add some new faces to our Specialty Services Crew. Candidates must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Flexibility to change hours as needed is a part of this role.

Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8 hours per day, 1st or 2nd shift and weekend shift hours available. 

The Specialty Services Crew position will require traveling with our crew members to various sites that Elite manages throughout the State of New York and the Metropolitan area:

• Lower Manhattan, WILLIAM ST, New York New York 
• David H. Koch, YORK AVE , New York New York 
• Westchester Ambulatory , Westchester Ave White Plains NY 
• West Chester Hospital, Main Street, Flushing NY 
• New York- Presbyterian, Allen Hospital, NY, NY 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Installation of privacy curtains in hospitals and  medical settings.

Compensation:  $19.00 per hour based on experience

Travel incentive for sites more than 30 miles away

Role Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation 

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to lift 30+ pounds regularly every day
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for scanning and job tracking
• Comfortable working above head height
• Frequent climbing up and down a step ladder
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time
• Climb stairs and ladders

Skills: The required skills for this position, ability to follow instructions, adhere to safety procedures, attention to detail, and ensuring that all tasks are performed without risk to oneself or others.
