Reports to: General Manager, IT

Key Responsibilities: 

IT Infrastructure Setup: Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, to support manufacturing operations. 

System Configuration: Configure and optimize software and hardware systems to ensure they meet the needs of the company’s automotive manufacturing processes. 

Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues. Serve as the primary contact for resolving technical problems and ensuring minimal downtime. 

Network Management: Monitor and maintain network performance, including LAN, WAN, and VPN configurations. Ensure network security and data protection. 

Software Management: Install, configure, and manage software applications relevant to automotive manufacturing, including ERP and MES systems. 

Data Security: Implement and manage security protocols to protect sensitive company data and comply with industry regulations and standards. 

Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with IT vendors and service providers to procure necessary hardware, software, and services. 

Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures. Prepare reports on IT performance and issues. 

Training: Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency. 

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure, network configurations, and system administration. Experience with automotive manufacturing software (ERP, MES) is a plus. 

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively. 

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean. Ability to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders. 

Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a startup environment and adapt to evolving technological and business needs. 

Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are advantageous.
