About the Role:Join our team at Nothing Bundt Cakes #858 in Clinton, UT, as a Special Events Customer Service representative! In this exciting role, you'll be the face of our delightful brand, helping customers celebrate their special moments with our delicious cakes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service during special events and cake tastings.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect cakes for their celebrations.
- Coordinate and manage event logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Promote our products and special offers to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and inviting event space.
- Collaborate with team members to create memorable experiences for guests.
- Follow up with customers post-event to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or event setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Passion for baking and cake decoration is a plus.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
- Positive demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
