Spanish Speaking RBT / Behavior Technician (BT) – Tri-State Area
Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour
Location: New York, New Jersey & Connecticut

At LBAPS, we are passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate ABA services to children and families across the Tri-State area. We are currently hiring motivated, caring, and energetic Spanish Speaking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. No RBT certification yet? No problem — we provide RBT training and reimbursement for certification costs!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services to children with autism and developmental needs
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBAs
- Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
- Collect session data and collaborate with the clinical team
- Build positive and supportive relationships with families and clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Spanish speaking required
- High school diploma required
- Experience working with children preferred, but not required
- Passionate, reliable, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel within assigned areas

– Who create the treatment plans
– Who identify behavior para-professionals who are trained in ABA techniques to work with patients on a daily basis
