Your Responsibilities

• Conduct Spanish chat-based conversations with potential inbound leads

• Use our scripts as a foundation, but adapt your approach to the needs of each customer.

• Ensure a high-quality customer experience and build long-term relationships.

Your Profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven success in chat-based sales, high-ticket conversion, or remote sales (Fintech, Crypto, or Prop Trading experience is a MUST).

• Fluent Spanish for client communication and English for internal coordination.

• Ability to manage multiple customer interactions at the same time.

• Forex trading knowledge is mandatory.

• A self-starter personality with responsibility and the ability to work independently.
