What You’ll Do as a Spa Associate
- Drive Sales – Consistently meet and exceed membership and retail sales goals.
- Deliver Excellence – Provide 5-star customer service to every client and create lasting connections.
- Educate Clients – Communicate promotions, service options, and membership benefits clearly and confidently.
- Be the Hub of the Spa – Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain spa cleanliness standards.
- Team Player – Support your fellow associates, service providers, and spa leadership to create a seamless client experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Outgoing, confident, and motivated by meeting goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Flexible availability (evenings and weekends may be required)
