Spa & Pool Attendant

The Spa & Pool Attendant is responsible for greeting and assisting guests, orienting them to spa amenities, and ensuring all guest areas remain fully stocked and maintained. The ideal candidate is guest-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Welcome, orient, and assist guests throughout the spa, salon, pool, and fitness facilities
• Provide professional and personalized guest service while responding to guest needs and inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all guest amenities
• Assist with guest check-in procedures and support front desk operations as needed
• Support overall spa and pool operations through teamwork and operational flexibility
• Utilize phone and computer systems to support guest service and daily operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented approach
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn operational systems
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

• Flexible availability, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays

• Engage in physical activities like standing for long periods, walking, and utilizing hands for tasks that involve gripping, handling, and reaching
• Must be able to  safely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
