The OpportunityWe are seeking a warm, sales-savvy Spa Coordinator to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate is guest-centered, detail-oriented, and excited to build a career in luxury hospitality. You'll serve as the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in the guest journey, retail sales, and the daily rhythm of the spa.
What You'll Do
- Warmly greet, check in, and check out every guest
- Recommend services, upgrades, and retail products tailored to guest needs
- Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment
- Manage the appointment book to maximize bookings
- Support the team with scheduling, phones, and guest inquiries
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality/retail experience
- A friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Comfort learning booking and point-of-sale software
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
What Success Looks Like
- Averaging $25/hr in retail sales
- Achieving a 30% or higher rebooking rate
- Consistently high guest satisfaction scores
- Meeting monthly upsell and service recommendation goals

The Woodhouse is an affordable luxury spa owned by a husband and wife team with years of experience in the service and retail industry. Currently, we have over 125 employees and continuously growing. The Woodhouse offers over 35 unique services all focused on wellness and therapeutic health. We give our guest the ability to relax, unwind and rejuvenate the mind body and soul.
