Compensation: We feel passionately about transparency in compensation. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, offering a base salary range of $80,000-$95,000 with a performance bonus.

About the Role

Snappy is looking for a Solutions Consultant - Swag to join our Swag team.

In this role, you will own the customer relationship end-to-end for Enterprise swag programs; from the first ideation conversation through final delivery. You'll work closely with our GTM team, working alongside Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to bring complex programs to life for some of the world's most recognizable brands.

This is a high-autonomy, high-visibility role: you'll be the person customers trust to get it right, and the person GTM leans on to make swag a competitive advantage. We're looking for someone with real branded merchandise expertise. That means an eye for a great product, the ability to turn a vague brief into a program that spreads smiles and looks incredible, and a knack for knowing what suppliers (in or outside the industry) will deliver. You should be comfortable in ambiguity, energized by a fast-moving environment, and genuinely excited to use AI and modern tooling to work smarter and move faster.

You Will:

• Own the customer journey for swag programs in collaboration with the GTM team: from kickoff through ideation, product sourcing, mockups, sampling, quoting, and order placement

• Lead ideation sessions: translating customer business goals, brand guidelines, audience, timeline, and budget into concrete, executable product concepts

• Curate elevated product concepts in partnership with our Swag Operations team, including factory-direct and fully custom options that go well beyond the catalog

• Build compelling visual presentations and proposals in collaboration with the Swag Operations team: designed to excite customers and move programs forward

• Manage multiple concurrent opportunities across the Enterprise customer base, keeping each on schedule, on spec, and on budget

• Partner closely with our GTM team attending pipeline reviews, shaping bulk swag opportunities early, and being the resource they actively request on every swag conversation

• Partner with our Swag Operations team to build a network of high-quality supplier relationships, giving Snappy access to better products, faster timelines, and creative options others don't have

• Leverage AI tools to increase throughput, accelerate research, and deliver a better customer experience

• Collaborate with our internal Swag Operations team on sourcing, pricing, and production execution

You Have:

• 4+ years of distributor-side experience in the branded merchandise or promotional products industry. You've quoted, sourced, and managed programs directly and independently.

• A depth of knowledge on the supplier network: people who call you back, offer early access, and go the extra mile because of the relationship you've built, from catalog to custom and factory-direct

• A track record of managing complex, multi-deliverable programs from brief to delivery, with multiple active projects running simultaneously

• Experience owning the customer relationship directly in a project management or account management capacity

• Experience with complex projects at or above the $500k+ level

You Are:

• Someone with a genuine eye for elevated branded merchandise. You can spot great product, you have a point of view, and you can articulate it to a customer or a colleague

• High-agency and self-directed. When something isn't defined, you figure it out and move forward without waiting to be told

• Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by fast-moving environments. The playbook here is still being written, and you thrive in that kind of space

• Genuinely curious about and fluent with AI tools. You actively use them in your day-to-day and have specific, intentional thoughts on how they change this kind of work

• A strong communicator who customers trust and GTM teams love having in the room

• Excited to work at the pace and with the technology sophistication of a fast-growing tech company, not intimidated by it
